This track is an angry tale about an evil man who makes no apologies when he sees a beautiful woman whom he can devour and make her do whatever he demands of her showing his superiority. The evil man truly believes that a beautiful woman is unable to think on her own. Meanwhile, the sting of betrayal continues to reverberate with a fit of rage engulfing a man in the shocking track “I Knew You Were the Devil.” This track features snarling vocals and pulsating hard rock melodies that sound like a scorned man’s heart rate is rising rapidly. This track is a stunning tale about a scorned man who suddenly realizes that he has been blinded by romance. The beautiful woman that the scorned man once loved very deeply turned out to be a compulsive liar.
Finally, the sting of betrayal comes to an end in the tumultuous track “Set Me Free.” This track features screeching vocals and cold, grinding hard rock melodies that sound like an exhausted man is desperately trying to break through the mental prison that is trapping him in a loveless relationship. This track is an anxiety ridden tale about an exhausted man who is tired of is overbearing girlfriend controlling every aspect of is life while enjoying dragging him through the mud and constantly reminding him of his shortcomings.
