I Love You But I Choose The Maine tour turned Marathon Music Works into a nostalgia-soaked celebration on April 24th, packed with big feelings, bigger singalongs, and the kind of warmth that only a bill like this could bring.
Moody Joody kicked off the night with a bright and poppy set that felt playful from the start. With “Dream Girl” landing early and setting and easy fun tone for the night. Grayscale followed with sharp energy, tight sound, and a crowd pleasing cover, while their drummer absolutely stole a few moments. Nashville’s very own Nightly kept the momentum going with soft, dreamy vocals, melodic guitar, and a heartfelt reminder not to give up on your dreams in-between songs.
By the time The Maine hit the stage, the room was all in. Nostalgia hung heavy in the best way, like reconnecting with a band you found on myspace years ago and never let go of. The crowd felt genuinely happy to be there, feeding off the band’s easy chemistry and relentless positive energy. John O’Callaghan threw himself into the crowd to fire everyone up. Charlotte Sands made a guest appearance for “Loved You A Little”, and by the final song, every opener was back onstage, turning the night into one big joyful sendoff.
